Cancellation Policy
Because we are a small motel we have found it necessary to have a stricter cancellation policy than larger motels. When you make your reservation we will take a minimum deposit equal to at least one nights stay. (depending on length of stay). Payable by Visa or Mastercard. This payment confirms your reservation. If you give at least one week notice, you will recieve a refund, minus a $35.00 administrative fee. If you cancel within the last week, you forfiet your deposit in full. Thank you.
